TERMS OF SERVICE
General
♦ I DO NOT CONSENT to my work being used for generative AI or NFTs, this includes but is not limited to: training, fine-tuning, or feeding generative AI models without my express, written consent, in perpetuity. All of my art is entirely human-made from start to finish, and it will remain so.
♦ My work is NOT free to use unless stated otherwise (refer to RIGHTS AND LICENSING below)
♦ Do not paint over my work--feel free to contact me instead to discuss any alterations
♦ I do not offer to paint over other artists work (i.e. sketches, compositions, templates or concepts)
♦ I only work with Original Characters: all rights to their likeness must be with the person commissioning me
( I do not work with existent IP characters, or characters owned by someone other than the client themselves)♦ I reserve the right to reject a commission at my own digression
♦ Please conduct yourself politely--I will refuse any clients who disrespect me or my TOS
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
♦ Payment occurs in EUR, through Paypal or Stripe over at Ko-Fi
♦ Payment is generaly NON-REFUNDABLE
(exceptions: I cannot finish a commission in time or demonstrate a great lack of communication)
PROCESS
♦ TURNOUT: 1 week to 3 months
(depends on service, complexity, additions and/or alterations)
🞛 3 CHECK-INs / UPDATEs are included in any given comission:
⟐ this may vary in form and amount based on the given commission: i.e. a simple headshot sketch may have a very quick turn-around time, and thus only include a check-in upon first sketch, b&w / color and finalization (3), while bigger illustrations may very well include more progress updates
⟐ A lack or delay in communication to these updates may lead to longer processing (move in que)
⟐ The welcomed frequency of additional updates or possible detailing questions, from my end, are at the clients digression and communicated ahead of time🞛 3 FREE CHANGEs are included in any given commission
⟐ further alterations & changes to any one piece could lead to additional charges in EUR based on the labor, time and complexity required to implement said changes using my artistic disgression
⟐ "substantial" changes, i.e. choosing a different pose, theme / setting or main subject after the initial sketching & composition, are NOT possible
⟐ "upgrading" or "downgrading" a commission is generally NOT possible due to scheduling conflicts and time restraints. Once a commission has been finished, upgrading said piece can be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. This only applies to artwork that has been commissioned by the client directly, and not my works as a whole
♦ REFERENCE: IMAGES & TEXT
(This template is attatched with every comission on Ko-fi and only serves as a guide)
What I need from you:
🞛 PICTURES (i.e. art, screenshots, or pictures representing them) that reference:
A) LIKENESS (character or creature)
(their pose, body, features / ethnicity, style & colors, etc.)
B) ATTIRE
(this can range from specific armor & weapons to general, simple clothing styles)🞛 a SHORT TEXT about:
A) CHARACTER / CREATURE: occupation, personality, mood & their momentary thoughts
As relevant: additional description of body-type, features and dynamic with additional characters
B) OVERARCHING THEME and MOOD in a few words
(example: a tired warrior, a happy couple, a dramatic fight)
C) SPECIAL DETAILS that your character / creature / scene might have that are important to include
(scars, tattoos, blemishes, items, trinkets, certain animals, lighting, materials, etc)For BACKGROUNDS: some picture(s) and a short text about the character(s) relation to the locationARTISTIC FREEDOM if you are undecided or are looking for my personal interpretation (and not just flair) on a given element as described above: please disclose that to me when compiling your references! That way I can start working faster and skip asking you certain questions
(If I am using artistic freedom I will not deliberate with you over each decision, i.e. I would not design multiple iterations for you to consider, but instead integrate a given element into the commission as a whole, by myself)* Please refrain from sending me AI references, be it images or writing. Instead use a filtered version of pinterest, google, or any common social media. Should it really be impossible to find a reference, I work well enough with text descriptions or simple drawings you made yourself
♦ The less information provided, the more freely I will work.
Please consider this carefully before agreeing to a commission.
RIGHTS AND LICENSING
GENERAL RIGHTS
♦ Do not repost my work without permission and credit
♦ You may post the final, branded commission piece—do not post my WIPs, sketches or iterations
♦ You may use commissioned artwork for personal, private use
(i.e. profile pictures, desktop backgrounds, roleplay / private TTRPG campaigns, etc.)LICENSING
♦ if you intend to commission something for commercial use, please contact me for my rates
♦ If you are considering to license my work: I require AI disclosure on any material or references were used or included in references or the final deliverable.I require my client to posses Input Warranty on any material or assets I am given to work with.
I do not consent to my work being altered with AI in post-production stages.
Aversion, Hesitation and Preferences
The following subjects and themes are, in order: what I prefer to offer, may offer and do not offer.♦ PREFERENCES: dark & high fantasy, sci-fi, humanoid & creature design, scars & disfiguration, detail, conflict & battle, strictly light NSFW / suggestive content
(Light NSFW: mild kissing & closeness, tension & charged poses, clothed / heavily cropped touch)
♦ HESITATION: anthro characters (furry, scaley, similar), robotics & tech
(May require additional processing time, reduction, clarification or rejection)
♦ AVERSION: Heavy, aggressive or extensive NSFW / fetish / porn content, extreme violence, discriminatory content, heavy geometry / patterns / mecha

I can only continue working after the full payment has been made

(with bigger commissions, please include all your references and text notes with the order)Be aware that there is NO refunding if you infringe on the TOS or take issue with how I proceed with a commission after having ignored my guides on how to place an order. Any attempts at undercutting, bypassing relevant addons, haggling or similar behaviors. I want to make a product you are happy with, and will try to accommodate you within reason--beyond this however, there will be no refunding of any payments made.
